A: We believe it is important that our potential clients feel confident in our services and have a clear idea of what we can do for them before they make a financial commitment to us.

A: Our home office is located in the Cedar Mill/Bethany area in Portland, Oregon. We are also available to meet at local coffee shops for an appointment, if preferred. Phone or video calls are also available.

A: We are open on most school holidays and staff days except: Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Years Day.

A: We require at least one parent/guardian to attend the initial consultation and the first two appointments with their high school student.

A: Yes, we do. Checks are also accepted.

A: Our current business hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Our office is by appointment only.

A: Email is the best way to contact us however, we are also available by phone during our regular business hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm We return emails and phone messages within 24 business hours.

A: No, we cannot guarantee acceptance into any academic programs, colleges and graduate programs. There are a number of factors that are considered by admission committees during the acceptance process. Each program can change their candidate selection criteria on a yearly basis. While we work diligently to prepare our clients to be the best applicant they can be, we cannot guarantee acceptance into any academic program.

A: No, we are an independent academic & career advising company. We encourage our students and their families to be open to all schools, colleges, and other academic & career programs that may be the right fit for their qualifications, interests, and budget.

A: We understand that sometimes schedules change and we are happy to reschedule appointments as needed. However, we do ask that we are notified more than 24 hours in advance, so we may offer that appointment to another client.
